THE TRAINER
Adrien Siwiec
His 4th degree OIS Krav Maga was validated in 2023 during an instructor course and after more than 2,500 hours of training in France and Israel.
Passionate and practicing contact sports and self defense since his childhood, Adrien SIWIEC met Aaron ELBAZE who is now the founder of the OIS Krav Maga system.
Their collaboration lasts for more than 15 years and Adrien will have the chance to participate in all the trainings directed by Aaron Elbaze during instructor courses in France and Israel.
Always in search of greater professionalism and after more than 15 years of teaching, he continues to travel around the globe to perfect his knowledge and pass it on to his students.

When others talk about a sports club, he insists on a complete customized training for civilians and professionals.
After obtaining his state diploma in France, a guarantee of quality, he obtained an Israeli state diploma in Krav Maga at the Wingate academy.

TRAINING
Private courses
Private classes are designed for people who want to train alone with an instructor in order to develop techniques specific to the Operative Israeli System. The progression is faster and specific, after discussion with our clients, we identify the need and demand of each.
Whether you are a private individual or a professional (law enforcement, security team, jewelers, hospitals, discotheques, etc.) a program adapted to your needs will be set up. Alone or in a small group, our instructors can come to your workplace or welcome you to our training center. With several years of experience, a considerable number of individuals and professionals call on us each year.
The duration of the training is flexible, from one hour to several weeks of courses, our system will allow you to make the right decisions in stressful situations, with or without weapons, to be able to intervene in all forms of verbal or physical confrontation, but also to create a group cohesion within a work team.
The OIS allows the acquisition of various important notions specific to our survival system:
